Pop Art

I chose to do pop art by Andy Warhol. The tools I used were sharpie marker, pencils & hot glue & scissors. I liked doing pop art, but I would have liked to spend a little more time doing maybe a cooler subject. I liked how you could choose something simple and make it into something big. If I could go back & change something about this I would have used different colors, or something other than sharpie, like paint or pastels.

Collage Picture

I made a collage of a tree. using things such as string, pastels, buttons & beads. I wish I would have taken more time & used it more wisely cause I actually had a really cool idea for this project, but since I didn't use my time wisely I had to make it really quickly. It actually turned out kind of cool. If I were assigned to do a collage again, I would do more of a collage of pictures & magazines.

Surrealism Painting

This is my surrealism painting I really like how it turned out. I used paint to paint this painting with. If I could go back and change it I would have taken more time to actually do it. I like how it turned out though. I used paint brushes.

Pointilism Painting

I made a pointillism painting of an elephant. I used paint & hard brushes & a colored pencil to make my painting. I really liked doing this painting, because it was actually really fun, & it didn't take too long to do. If I could go back & change something about this drawing I would have taken a little more time on the back round. I am really satisfied of how it turned out though.

Square by Square Painting

This is my square by square painting. I had to draw out all the squares. I drew out the tree, then I mixed paints & painted all the squares. I really did not like this painting, because it took to much time & it's really not my thing. If I could fix anything I would take more time doing it.
